Our art department is ready to help your church create personalized pages that will look professional and inviting. For additional assistance, you may contact us or call us toll-free at 800.578.7594.
Can you create a map to show our church location?
Yes. If you provide a hand-drawn map to your church’s campus, we can prepare an electronic version of the map for printing.
Can we change our layouts each issue?
Every personalized area - front and back covers and the center spread - can be changed to best suit your needs; and changes may be made every issue. Our art department offers you great flexibility. You can use a pre-designed template, modify the template, or have us create a completely custom layout. Once your first page is typeset, changes to graphics may involve minimal scanning charges. All church information will be printed in black ink only.
Can the art department resize or modify my pictures?
Yes, they can. We can use your printed photo or a digital picture and adjust it to fit the layout of your choice. For the best quality, printed originals should be the same size or larger than the size of the intended reproduction. Digital photos should be a high-resolution image (300 dpi) that is the same size or larger than the size of the intended reproduction.
Why aren’t my personalized pages in color?
Without getting into all of the technical reasons and print industry lingo, we have made the choice to keep all personalized content in B&W. This helps to keep the magazines affordable for the average church. Printing in four-color on those pages would involve a significant increase in cost due to the plate changes.
