Answer is published and mailed six times annually and delivered via the United States Post Office Standard Mail. It is addressed to residents on postal carrier routes* which are selected by the sponsor or organization. In order to qualify for the lowest possible postage rate, Answer must be delivered to a minimum of 125 homes or P.O boxes on a specific postal carrier route.
Answer is mailed from the beginning of a route to its end. It cannot be directed to a specific portion of a route. If the entire route is not sponsored, Answer is delivered beginning with the first box on the route, continuing in numeric order until the postal carrier runs out of copies.
When two or more sponsors or organizations send to the same postal route, Promise Network will combine their contributions and mail as many copies of Answer as they’ve sponsored together. Once a route is completely filled, Promise Network will select the next available route in their ZIP code.
