Having pastored for 20 years, Ron has a heart for the local church. As President, Ron’s primary responsibilities involve strategic vision and content development for all of our publications. He also represents us in our international outreach, which have included leadership-training missions and evangelistic crusades in many countries.His enjoyments include reading military history, gardening, golf, and an occasional BBQ sandwich. But his greatest pleasure is time with his wife Elaine and their family. |

Jon joined the Promise Network team straight out of college in May of 2003. After helping the company refocus its sales efforts, he began taking over marketing duties. His prime responsibilities include managing all day-to-day operations and all marketing efforts. Jon holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from LeTourneau University. He loves to travel with his wife and play the piano. |

Rick joined Promise Network in 2004 when the company changed its mail processing procedures. He is an integral part of making sure Answer and Respuesta get mailed correctly and on time. Rick is also the Minister of Music at Hueytown Baptist Church and sings bass in the quartet For Him. |

As Assistant Editor, Xeni coordinates with contributing authors and provides creative thought for future issues. As a writer herself, some of Xeni’s works have appeared in our publications as well as other venues. Around the office she is recognized for her hearty laughter. Xeni is completing a BA degree in Philosophy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and loves to relax with Sammy and Lacey, her four-legged, furry companions. |

Being the pastor of Safe Harbor Church, Luke understands the need to get the Gospel to where people are at. Desiring to reach others, Luke’s passion rests in church planting. Because of his experience, he is able to provide great support and ideas to all of our partners. He is a graduate of Nyack College with a Pastoral Ministries degree. Luke and his wife Shana are the parents of two children, Kaela and Mayer. |

A professional interpreter for 20 years, Saskuia is the newest member of our team who offers support and guidance to our Hispanic and Canadian partners. Raised in Quito, Ecuador, Saskuia brings a cherished touch of diversity. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Political Rhetoric in Communications. When Saskuia is not at the office, you will find her with her Chilean husband Marco. They are dedicated to raising the apple of their eyes, 6 year old Daniel. She is thankful for dark chocolate, strong coffee, and her husband and son’s cooking.

Ruth has the longest, continuous service of anyone on the Promise Network team. She started her employment with us in 1981, and is regularly commended for her positive and pleasant attitude. She helps our church partners by providing mailing route data as well as walking customers through the non-profit approval process with the USPS. Ruth enjoys trips to the Smokey Mountains and spending time with her family. Our team voted Ruth the #1 dessert baker in all of Alabama. |

Gina has been with us since 1990. She survived the days of heavy metal plate printing, clip art, and paste boards. As our layout specialist, she now enjoys the most advanced programs to design. She has also been known to enjoy NASCAR racing but her main joy is being at home with her family and pets. |

A native of Massachusetts, Debby has adapted to Southern hospitality quite well. She is a graduate of Framingham State College, with a BA in Graphic Design. Debby’s work includes designs for national campaigns at both large and small companies. She currently provides the creative designs for our templates and marketing campaigns. When she is not at work, Debby enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Sarah. |

A graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a degree in Accounting, Carleen is as capable with a hammer or miter saw as she is with a calculator. She is an active volunteer in many community projects including Girl Scouts and Hurricane Katrina Relief. When Carleen is not at the office, she can normally be found not far behind her two very active children, Nickolas and Yana. |
